Federal Motor Carrier Safety Rating Monitoring

 

Trucking Qualification Services can monitor your Company's FMCSA Safety Rating Statistics to advise you quarterly of increases or decreases to your Inspection Selection System Value and your driver vehicle Safety Evaluation Area ("SEA") ratings.  Motor carriers ("for-hire" or "private" fleets) should maintain as low as possible SEA rating.  Deficient SEA ratings are within the range of 75% ~ 100%.  

1. •All roadside driver and inspection (and violations) can be logged in Trucking Qualification Services' systems so that we can provide the Company with compliance reporting for corrective action and recommendations for both driver re-training and vehicle repairs when necessary in accordance with Company policy; and
   

2. •We can provide compliance reporting of all reported accidents for proper information gathering or investigation of required record keeping documents along with corrective action consulting.
   

MOCK DOT Audit

 

Trucking Qualification Services can provide MOCK DOT Audit programs and consult with you of deficiencies to help you correct them before you are surprised with an unexpected DOT audit.  Trucking Qualification Services will consult with you to maintain Company programs and policies resulting from the MOCK DOT Audit.  Our MOCK DOT Audit generally, consist of a written compliance report and recommendations focused within the following areas:
